Q. What kind of home care training will my carer receive?
All of our daily home carers undergo a rigorous recruitment and training programme and we only work with carers who are totally committed to the job. The training has been specially designed by Zabeta Care trainers, who have all been carers themselves and know exactly what it means to provide the best possible hands on – and heartfelt – daily home care.
We also encourage all our carers to develop their skills and we often review their progress with on the spot checks to see how they’re doing.

Q. How much does home care cost?
Costs will depend on the amount of support and the complexity of needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all and costs will be discussed at initial assessment stage.

Q. How quickly can you start a care package?
Once your final assessment has been completed, we can have a care package ready in less than 48 hours.

Q. How much does a live in care package cost?
Depending on the level of support require, you can as little as £842 per week for a full-time live in carer.

Q. Can my carer take me to medical appointments?
Yes all driving carers are insured to carry service users so your care is able to transport you from your dentist, GP and more.
